What you’ll do:
- Work closely with marketing team on monitoring, hypothesis generation and validation, constantly exploring new opportunities to improve marketing performance through data-driven solutions
- Design and validate hypotheses of various complexity: from attribution settings adjustments to user-level prediction optimization
- Collaborate with DE and BI teams on developing and improving data pipelines and analytical tools
- Develop and enhance evaluation approaches for different traffic types (UA, “brandformance”, Influencers) and measurement limitations (iOS14.5+, Android Privacy Sandbox)
- Enhance automated reporting for marketing efficiency
- Develop and refine LTV prediction models
- Improve automated media buying processes
What you need to succeed:
- 3+ years of analytics experience, including 1+ year in marketing analytics
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution and analytics, including hands-on experience with raw data from attribution trackers (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Python and SQL (the ability and passion to write clean, efficient, and reusable code)
- Production code development experience (GitHub, Airflow)
- Experience with databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, and so on)
- Experience in building and automating marketing analytics systems
- Understanding of statistical methods for test evaluation
- Interest in digital marketing, working with large budgets and improving marketing efficiency and ROI
Nice to have:
- Understanding of ad networks mechanics and experience with automated media buying
- Understanding of device-level vs. user-level cohort analysis specifics
- Experience in predictive modeling for user LTV and/or cohort performance
- Experience with iOS 14.5+ traffic evaluation, time series analysis, MMM
