This role will be responsible to oversee the daily activities of the MRB process and the scrap material process. This position will be responsible for ensuring all nonconforming material is processed in a timely fashion including scrapping, reworking, or returning to vendor. They will work directly with quality to ensure materials are handled properly and report any trends that they might see.

What You'll Do

1.       Review and disposition all incoming MRB parts 

  • Daily review of incoming MRB parts 

  • Weekly review of MRB data with extended teams; engineering, quality, SQA, production 

 

2.       Manage MRB and slow movement inventory 

  • Keep accurate counts of all parts on hand 

  • Transfer parts in from specific line or warehouse location 

  • Count locations as necessary  

  • Identify items to be processed as scrap material

 

3.       ETQ and D365 Processes 

  • Review and process all NCR entries 

  • Create NCR entries as needed 

  • Request PO’s from purchasing 

  • Pick and receive products accurately 

  • Create movement and transfer journals 

  • Monitor inventory for negatives 

 

4.       Collaborate with product reps for the RMA (Return Material Authorization) return process 

  • Insure proper documentation in D365 and ETQ 

  • Coordinate and manage high priority materials for expedited shipping 

  • Process international shipments and coordinate pickup and international documentation 

  • Host reps for product testing and training 

 

5.       Collaborate with line leads and supervisors 

·         Ensure all nonconforming materials are processed in a timely manner   

·         Perform walkthroughs to collect outstanding MRB items (cabinets) 

·         Manage and support BIC and 3PL (Pilot and Dynamex) MRB areas for disposition and prompt processing 

 

6.       Collaborate with change cell and repair team 

·         Assess if parts and cabinets can be repaired in house to cut costs 

·         Perform secondary testing of high dollar components to capture failure data, eliminate redundancy and reduce overall cost/waste 

 

7.       Support material handler with daily responsibilities 

·         Help assess the most important daily tasks 

·         Assure that quality and SOP’s are adhered to 

·         Help with any training needed 

What We're Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment in a receiving clerk role or in a lead role.

  • Advanced skillset of computer tools, including Microsoft excel, smart sheets, Teams.

  • Experience performing transactions in an ERP system.

    • Bonus if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Pay Range

$18.12 - $33.64 per hour

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
