Mobile Service Coordinator

This role can be based at any of our Service Centers in the Netherlands and may involve occasional travel within the country. If you're ready to pivot quickly, manage priorities, and contribute to a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!

• Solve Problems: Address customer concerns over the phone, escalate complex cases, and provide guidance to ensure a smooth resolution process
• Coordinate and Optimize: Schedule, reschedule, and adjust appointments to improve efficiency, optimize routing, and enhance customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records in our systems
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with service centers, field teams, and pre-diagnostic teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent communication
• Support and Report: Handle parts and lease requests, provide updates on customer flow, and confidently report on KPIs to drive team success
