Job Description

This role as a New Business Account Executive for Apps at Google focuses on acquiring new application clients in the EMEA region. Responsibilities include building and implementing application acquisition strategies, identifying and developing client relationships, designing marketing strategies for long-term customer success, utilizing Google's apps marketing solutions (like UAC), and working with the leadership team to achieve national and international online marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the apps industry, exceeding sales quotas, and possess excellent communication and influencing skills. Fluency in English and at least one other language (Hebrew, French, Arabic, or German) is preferred for supporting client relationships in EMEA. The role involves designing strategic goals, prioritizing and delivering exceptional experiences to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years app industry experience in new business sales
  • Exceeding quota attainment
  • Excellent communication & influencing skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one other EMEA language
Good to have:
  • Experience planning and delivering media plans/proposals
  • Understanding of app space measurement and tracking

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience within the apps industry, within new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and delivering media plans and proposals.
  • Understanding of measurement and tracking within the apps space.
  • Ability to communicate in English, and one or more of the following languages: Hebrew, French, Arabic or German fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the leadership team on building applications, acquisition strategy for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • Build a pipeline of applications business by identifying and initiating relationships with new application clients.
  • Acquire application business agreements through prospecting, pitching, and closing. Consult with clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s apps marketing solutions including Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Design marketing strategies to drive long-­term success for our customer.
  • Design strategic goals, while prioritizing and delivering an experience to Google's advertisers across EMEA.
