We are looking for a keen and service-oriented Facility Manager to join our team and help us in our mission to make Wooga one of the best working environments in all of Berlin. 

We’re about to move into a brand new office space this spring, and as part of the Facilities team you will have a major impact on making sure we use this momentum as best as we can. 

What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee the maintenance and finishing touches of our new office space located right at the Spree river, while we’re still settling in (approximately 6,000 square meters). 
• Take ownership of optimizing technical processes like office heating and lighting in a newly built office.
• Manage and lead projects focused on maintenance improvements 
• Conduct inspections, maintenance, and repairs on facility equipment.
• Prepare, implement, and document safety and occupational safety protocols.
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers, including building maintenance, cleaning, security, craftsmen, and other contractors
• Support the organization of our amazing internal events such as summer and end-of-year parties, Halloween etc.

About You

• You integrate well into an existing team, and have the ability to quickly create an internal network 
• You approach tasks given with a self-empowered mindset and show a high level of accountability when it comes to creating results. 
• Prior professional  experience in facilities management and office management.
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented approach, maintaining composure and a positive attitude even in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent social skills with a high level of service orientation.
• Extensive knowledge of technical building management (i.e. being the contact person for issues with heating, lighting etc.)
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German (minimum CEFR C1 level).
• Proficiency in GSuite and familiarity with office management tools.
• A genuine passion for facilities and office management.
