As a Recruitment Associate in Insider day in and day out you;

    • will be expanding pipelines for all Business (non-tech) positions in HQ Office while acting no different than an ambassador for Insider,
    • will be identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search), and you will see that the rush is no different than digging for diamonds,
    • will be building enchanting relationships with candidates by creating and sending striking recruiting emails to the candidates you have set your target on,
    • will be coordinating the recruiting process for all positions while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire, our aim is to become better with every day,
    • will be working with hiring managers to determine position requirements & their needs, they will be your greatest asset to learn; the more you learn, the more accurate your strikes will be,
    • will be maintaining candidate databases & processes via the applicant tracking system, everyone knows that tools are a researcher's best friend,
    • will have the chance to be part of different projects related to different HR functions, if you are interested there is no holding back,
    • will be mesmerizing potential A-players with your brilliantly crafted words on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github),
    • will be creating policies to support company business objectives, remember everything can always be better!
