We're looking for an experienced People Specialist to join our People and Culture team as we continue to expand our growing global team in the Costa Rica market. This is a hybrid role and will help to support our global People Services team and employees around the world. Reporting to the, People Services Team Lead you'll be responsible for:
- Provide a frustration-free employee experience through inquiry management
- Operate as primary resource for employee requests through internal ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Support programs between operations, payroll and internal P&C teams, while creating opportunities to transform current processes
- Be the primary contact and lead for off-boarding employees
- Manage daily administration of employee data in our internal HRIS and multiple support systems
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience working in human resources is required
- Experience supporting operational HR programs
- Experience supporting HR functions across multiple countries
- Experience supporting employees through a ticketing software (ServiceNow, Jira) and other HR technologies
- Experience using Excel
- A passion for organizational culture, design the future of work and human-centric People approaches
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Background in People Ops or HR technologies
- Bilingual in English and Spanish. Portuguese
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
