IT Hardware Technician

Description

• Deployment of accessories from central inventory
• Install and deploy hardware components
• Install and deploy software applications
• Utilize existing technologies to image PCs and laptops
• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by team
• Alter the existing hardware configurations
• Update installed software
• Customize software settings
• Uninstall unused software
• Provide technical support to Customer with different levels of experience
• Provide customer sign-off documentation at customers workstation

• Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.
• Act as the liaison between Zones’ team and the customer.
• Follow specific instructions provided by the customer
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree and/or 2+ years experience with PC systems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems. 
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Demonstrate active listening skills 
• Ability to lift 50 lb
