Your Qualifications
- Strong technical skills that cover four or more of the following areas:
- Software Installation and troubleshooting skills
- Data and Permission migration tools
- Virtualization experience (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Windows/Linux Server operating systems
- Execute and monitor scripts (python, SQL, PowerShell)
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO
- Prior experience supporting Enterprise software or supporting Enterprise applications in technical capacity for a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading and mentoring other consultants
- Extensive Public Cloud experience, with additional experience migrating data and permissions being a major plus
- Extensive experience in Customer Facing implementation roles working remotely. Should be adept at leading technical discussions and implementation with stakeholders.
- Excellent customer engagement and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail; adapt to process in a quick changing environment; proactive problem solver
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant technical function experience
What You’ll Do
- Execute complex, multi-phase, data migration projects involving hundreds of terabytes, ensuring successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
- Operate as an Egnyte Platform expert with specific and detailed knowledge of the platform across its Collaborate, Secure & Govern, and AI pillars
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for monitoring, reporting and primary troubleshooting of migration jobs, authentication, permissions, and usage of the Egnyte Desktop application
- Engage with customers and internal teams to provide status and escalate issues
- Multi-task and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
- Communicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $160k - $178k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
