We’re currently seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic team in Irvine, CA. This is a 6-month project opportunity, offering a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote per week).
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the Procurement Operations Team, ensuring smooth processes for purchase order creation, supplier management, and resolution of procurement inquiries. If you have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Fieldglass Profile Worker and SOW modules, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders: Transform approved procurement requests into accurate and timely purchase orders.
- Provide Support: Assist clients with purchase order-related questions, offering efficient and prompt support.
- Supplier Management: Set up and manage supplier profiles in Ariba and Fieldglass, ensuring system compatibility and operational efficiency.
- Monitor Procurement Workflows: Oversee workflows between Ariba and Fieldglass, troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
- Manage SOW & Catalog: Handle Statement of Work (SOW) and Catalog-related activities to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, specifically with Ariba Procure-to-Pay and Fieldglass.
- Proficiency in SAP, Advanced Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of SOW and Catalog management.
- Proven ability to manage supplier setups and workflows between Ariba and Fieldglass.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Power BI for procurement reporting and insights is a plus.

To qualify for our benefits package, candidates must work over 30 hours per week, and assignments must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
