As a Product Intern - Technical Partnerships, you'll integrate CleverTap with third-party platforms, enhance our ecosystem, and provide seamless experiences for clients. You'll experiment with integrations, document findings, engage with partners, and support the technical partner program. Must-have skills include: APIs, webhooks, integration methodologies, clear documentation, and problem-solving.

About the Role:

As a Product Intern – Technical Partnerships, you'll play a crucial role in integrating CleverTap with various third-party platforms, enhancing our ecosystem, and providing seamless experiences for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to explore and implement integrations, contribute to marketplace development, and support our technical partner program.

What you will do:

- Platform Integration:

Experiment with integrations between CleverTap and third-party platforms using existing functionalities like webhooks and Linked Content.Identify and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.Document and report findings to the product team.

- Documentation:

Create clear and comprehensive documentation for successful integrations. Help maintain an updated repository of integration guides and FAQs.

- Partner Engagement:

Sign up for and explore partner tools that CleverTap aims to integrate with.Communicate with partners to understand integration requirements and capabilities.Support the team in addressing technical queries from partners.

- Technical Partnership Support:

Manage technical partnership inquiries under supervision. Contribute ideas to go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new integrations.

- Marketplace Development:

Identify features missing in CleverTap that are necessary for creating a marketplace. Collaborate with the product team to draft specifications for new features.

- Program Management:

Assist in managing the technical partner program. Help monitor program performance and suggest improvements.

What are we looking for?

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.

- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create clear and concise documentation.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
