-Prioritize features that enhance data privacy and security, balancing regulatory requirements with a seamless user experience.

3.Knowledge & Expertise:
-Utilize deep knowledge of DPDPA, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy regulations to guide product development.
-Leverage previous experience with GDPR to anticipate challenges and apply best practices to DPDPA implementation.
-Apply expertise in data cataloging and classification to ensure accurate and compliant data management.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with legal, compliance, engineering, and data teams to implement and monitor DPDPA-compliant solutions.
-Coordinate with external partners and regulators to ensure all aspects of compliance are covered.

5.Monitoring & Reporting:
-Establish compliance monitoring systems to track and report on adherence to DPDPA regulations.
-Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into compliance status for internal and external stakeholders.

6.User Experience:
-Ensure that privacy and consent management features are designed to be user-friendly, minimizing friction while maintaining high standards of data protection.
-Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously refine and improve compliance features.

7.Training & Awareness:
-Partner with HR and compliance teams to develop and deliver training programs on DPDPA requirements and best practices.
-Ensure that all team members are informed about their roles in maintaining DPDPA compliance.

Qualifications:
-Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or regulatory compliance.
-Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DPDPA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations, with practical experience in their implementation.
-Technical Skills: Experience with data cataloging, data classification, and consent management systems.
-Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
-Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly articulate compliance strategies.
-Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience implementing GDPR or other data privacy regulations.
-Familiarity with data cataloging tools and methodologies.
-Experience in a fintech environment with exposure to super apps.
