Job Description

As a Product Specialist at Bigger Games, you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of games, from initial design to key metric analysis. You'll contribute to a strategic roadmap for improving user experience for millions of players, analyzing user data to drive data-informed product decisions. This role involves collaborating with various teams, iterating with A/B testing, brainstorming new features, releasing updates, and optimizing in-game animations. You'll also monitor monetization channels to enhance LTV and stay abreast of mobile game trends and market intelligence. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of gameplay and analytics, a passion for gaming, and collaborative team spirit.

Must have:

Responsible for game design to main metrics
Develop strategic roadmap for user experience improvement
Analyze user data, make data-driven decisions
Collaborate with all functions to create loved products
Work on all aspects of product development
Follow mobile game trends and market intelligence
Optimize and track monetization channels to improve LTV

Good to have:

Experience with Excel and SQL

WHAT YOU DO

Take responsibility of the games from design to their main metrics
Help developing a strategic roadmap for improving the experience for millions of players
Analyze user data to improve the user experience and monitor main metrics
Iterate with A/B tests and come up with data-driven product decisions
Work closely with all functions to make the products that people love
Work on every aspect of your product such as brainstorming a new feature, releasing a new update or improving an animation in the game
Closely follow mobile game trends and gather market intelligence
Optimize and track monetization channels to improve LTV

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or relevant fields
Minimum 2 years of relevant business experience
A good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
Good analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
Passionate about startup environment
Being a collaborative team player
Experience with Excel and SQL is a big plus
