We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Development and Partnerships team. The team is eager to open this new role and find the right person to join the squad! You’ll be a key part of both their and Supercell’s commitment to continuing to build sustainable business growth for our games in China – one of our most important markets.
In this role, you are the one owning the operation partnership with Tencent, our partner running Supercell’s games in the Chinese market. It’s a two-way relationship that ideally creates learnings that we can share with teams across the company. To drive results, you’ll collaborate very closely with various disciplines across operations, marketing, game development/technology and other shared functions.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for continuous growth in China business by working closely with Tencent which operates Supercell games in China.
Make sure the China business projects are up to speed by refining processes, facilitating collaboration, prioritizing tasks, coordinating resources and handling operational routines.
Bring the best synergy out of the China business partnership to contribute to Supercell games business growth in Global.
Identify best practices and learning opportunities to exchange experience and help in level-up across the business.
Act as project manager for a wide range of strategic special projects related to China business
Requirements:
At least 6 years prior experience in project management, product management, and/or partnerships, preferably in gaming.
Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects in an agile environment, with a focus on project planning, resourcing, prioritization, coordination, risk management and delivering results.
Prior experience of working in a multicultural environment and exceptional communication skills to act as a bridge.
Commercial sense and analytical mindset to identify opportunities to drive business impact across games and/or functions.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
