Job Description

The Project Manager for Integrity Operations, Financial & Discriminatory Advertising at Meta will deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development. This role requires collaborating with global cross-functional teams to improve community experiences through process, policy, and product enhancements. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, analyzing data to identify advertiser trends and malicious behavior, resolving escalated issues related to financial advertising compliance or discriminatory content, and developing scalable policies to ensure community safety. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of integrity issues and their impact on the community, business, and regulatory landscape.

2+ years experience in operations, technology, or consulting

We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms. We are seeking an experienced self-starter with a passion for mitigating real world harm and protecting our community to join our Integrity Operations Team. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user and advertiser behavior in order to drive prevention and detection solutions at scale. By working cross functionally, we identify and pursue areas for process and product improvement, enabling us to better protect our community at scale. And by focusing on decision quality, we ensure that we are held accountable for our actions. This role will work closely with partners across Engineering, Policy, Legal and other Meta teams to drive operational projects in a fast paced and data driven environment.

Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Financial & Discriminatory Advertising Responsibilities

Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements

Manage and improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment

Analyze data to identify advertiser trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations

Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems

Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding financial-advertising compliance or discriminatory content

Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community

Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users

Develop a deep understanding of integrity issues and how they affect our community, business and regulatory landscape

Minimum Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment

2+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations

Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams

Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions

Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure

1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R

Avid user of our platform of products

Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Previous experience or current interest in using GenAI levers for efficiency and scaling

$34.62/hour to $109,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
