Our vision is to invent greener and more secured mobility. We are seeking an R&D Warranty Engineer to serve as the primary contact for customer field quality issues. This role involves monitoring, evaluating, and documenting field data, coordinating analysis processes within the Warranty team, and defining and overseeing corrective actions for technical problems. Additionally, the engineer will manage customer portals and negotiate field findings.

We are looking for YOU as an R&D Warranty Engineer (m/w/d) for our site.
These challenges await you:
- Contact person for our customers regarding all field quality problems.
- Monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of field data.
- Responsibility and coordination for our analysis processes within our Warranty team.
- Coordination, definition, and monitoring of corrective actions for technical problems.
- Monitoring and maintenance of customer portals.
- Negotiation and billing of field findings with customers.
This is what excites us:
- Completed technical degree (mechanics, electronics, or mechatronics) or training as a technician (m/w/d) with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company at national and/or international level.
- You are familiar with common quality methods such as 8D, audits, or problem-solving strategies.
- Assertiveness as well as independent and goal-oriented work.
- Results- and solution-oriented way of working.
- Proficient in common MS Office and Google applications.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel (national / international).
