Job Description & Summary

  • Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team success.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within PwC Switzerland. 

  • Recruit actively for positions, utilizing your expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top talent. 

  • Drive and implement operational recruitment process excellence, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, identifying opportunities for recruitment process optimization and implementing solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Take responsibility for developing and delivering recruitment trainings to enhance the skills and capabilities of the recruitment team and ensure adherence to processes, policies and best practices. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, hiring managers and business leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic guidance and solutions. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into recruitment strategies and processes. 

 

 

Your Skill Set 

  • Proven experience (+7 years) as a Recruitment Leader or similar role in Switzerland, preferably in the professional services industry, successfully leading and managing a recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes with strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, Swiss employment and immigration laws and regulations and ATS tools (Workday). 

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve recruitment goals. 

  • Skilled in managing high-volume recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment, utilizing recruitment software (Workday) and other relevant tools. 

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to analyze recruitment metrics to and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members 

  • Very good oral and written skills in German and English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
