Responsibilities

- Drive a QHSE agenda in the implementation of a GDP set-up for MPL Europe.

- Head, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System to meet the GDP requirements.

- Make vendor assessment and monitoring of vendors performing GDP services for MPL following the written procedures.

- Drive an improvement of MPL’s Vendor Management System for visibility of approved suppliers/vendors.

- Conduct internal and supplier/vendor audits of suppliers/vendors performing GDP services for MPL according to approved audit plan.

- Create training material and perform annual GDP training of employees involved with pharma shipments in MPL Europe.

- Assure QHSE solutions that support a GDP set-up for MPL, accommodate customer requirements and equip operations to operate GDP business.

- Support operations in handling incidents for GDP shipments.

Support operations in making a Risk Assessment procedure.

The Regional QHSE Supplier Manager will be accountable for:

- ISO GDP Statement application and maintenance

- Maintenance of GDP supplier base

- Development of GDP suppliers

 

What we are looking for:

- Experience in QHSE

- Experience in supplier audits

- Knowledge about GDP is nice to have

- Knowledge about the ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001)

- Good understanding of Risk Management principles.

- Background within pharma or have been working within operations.

- Facilitation skills and ability to influence.
