Job Description

The Sales Support role involves managing the contract process with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring correct and swift contract processing. It also includes supporting the marketing team in preparing for customer meetings and coordinating to answer customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include visualizing KPIs, preparing reports, and supporting the marketing team's daily operations such as offers, appointments, and market potential analysis. The role requires close cooperation with the marketing team and colleagues.
Must have:
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, proactive and flexible.
  • Excellent documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High organizational skills to manage several projects.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of internet technologies (CRM systems).
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

We are looking for support for our team in K, M or Remote as soon as possible.
Your main focus will be:
  • Management of the contract process with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure that contracts are processed correctly and swiftly
  • Supporting the marketing team in the administrative and content-related preparation of customer meetings. Attending congresses and audits
  • Coordination and internal coordination to answer customer enquiries in the area of quality and compliance 
  • Support in the visualisation of KPIs and regular preparation of reports 
  • Support in the daily business of the marketing team, e.g. preparation of offers, coordination and documentation of appointments 
  • Analysis of market potential as preparation for sales activities
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the marketing team and all colleagues involved in the respective projects - nationally and internationally
YOUR POTENTIAL:
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced/high pressure environment, results driven and great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be detail oriented, proactive and flexible
  • Excellent documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint a minimum)
  • High organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of internet technologies (CRM systems)
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • An administrative or sales support background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professional staff from varied disciplines and backgrounds
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Passion for customer service and for ensuring clients have the best experience possible
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing environment a plus
  • Demonstrates drive, being a self-starting independent worker
  • 1 - 2 years of experience preferably from a digital media buying/planning agency or healthcare marketing experience  
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
