About The Role 

This is a career-defining opportunity to play a crucial role in a hyper-scale AI company that is transforming the future of autonomous systems, energy, and the built environment. As our Senior Events Marketer, you’ll design, execute, and manage world-class events that effectively build convey PassiveLogic’s cutting-edge innovations to a broad audience, including industry experts, tech enthusiasts, customers, and potential partners.

What You’ll Do

Strategize and Execute Event Plans: Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with PassiveLogic’s brand and mission, covering both virtual and in-person formats.
Create Engaging Experiences: Design and deliver world-class events that align with the company vision that translate complex technical concepts into engaging experiences for diverse audiences.
Amplify Brand Presence:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and PR team-members to enhance the impact of events and integrate them into broader brand and communication strategies.
Manage Event Logistics: Oversee logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and attendee communications to ensure flawless execution.
Foster Community Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with tech communities, industry influencers, and event partners to maximize PassiveLogic’s reach and thought leadership presence.
Measure Impact and Optimize:
Track event performance, gather attendee feedback, and provide recommendations for future events to improve effectiveness and ROI.


Success Criteria for this Role

You must have
  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in event marketing, ideally in a technology-driven environment or within the startup ecosystem.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to craft narratives and messaging that resonate across different channels, including events, digital media, and social platforms.
  • Organized and Strategic: Skilled in planning, managing budgets, and handling event logistics with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Enjoy working across teams, contributing to integrated campaigns, and aligning event strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, eager to learn, iterate, and innovate.
  • Problem solving: You own this role. When issues arise, be the empowered force that solves them, rolling-up.
You should have
  • Deep Interest in Technology: A strong curiosity about AI, autonomous systems, and the energy sector, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging stories.
  • Natural love of market and customer research: Demonstrated enthusiasm for conducting in-depth market analysis and customer research to inform event strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience managing technology market messaging to technologists: Proven ability to craft and manage messaging that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to a highly technical audience. 
It’s helpful to have
    • Building automation or IoT Brand Experience: Previous experience in marketing or branding within the building automation or IoT sectors, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
    • Autonomous Systems or AI Brand Experience: Background in promoting autonomous systems or AI technologies, with the ability to translate advanced technical features into compelling marketing narratives.
