You'll lead design on projects, defining scope with producers and project managers, handling multiple priorities, and creating detailed design documents with mockups and UI wireframes. Responsibilities include iterating designs based on feedback, mentoring junior designers, performing competitor analysis, and collaborating with creative and tech teams. You'll also contribute to game pitches, design missions, and help create growth plans for other designers. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, with at least 3 shipped console games and a strong understanding of gameplay, systems, and mechanics. Experience with open-world design, fighting game systems, UX/UI, world-building, and narrative design are all beneficial.
