Senior Manager, Repair Operations - AllParts Medical:
This position is vital for leading technical operations, expanding capabilities, driving revenue, and maintaining our high-quality brand by aligning service strategies with business objectives, making key resource and process decisions, championing operational excellence, and effectively communicating goals to foster cross-functional integration and continuous improvement.
Your role:
Oversee daily operations of the Medical Equipment Parts testing and repair facility, managing workflows, resource allocation, inventory, and ensuring equipment and facilities maintenance as well as quality control system implementation.
Provide technical guidance to staff, manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and addressing customer needs and complaints promptly.
Align AllParts Medical operations strategies with broader business objectives, champion initiatives for service excellence, and define performance metrics to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Communicate operational goals clearly, coordinate cross-functional efforts for process and technology integration, and delegate tasks effectively to drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Service Delivery, Service Operations or equivalent.
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Health Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities with skills promoting adaptability, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and data analytic abilities. Technical knowledge of medical equipment systems and experience in electronics testing, repair environments, and team management are highly desirable.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an onsite-based position.

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $112,500.00 - $180,000.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
