Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist at GoArt Worlds, you will be responsible for translating live-ops data into clear and engaging player communications, and developing growth tactics. You will execute user acquisition and launch campaigns, own live-ops reporting using analytics tools, sync with the product and design teams, optimize storefronts, and craft clear player messaging. You'll need to turn complex Web3 concepts into easy-to-understand content for in-game panels, patch notes, and social media. This role involves cross-team collaboration and requires strong English skills.
Must have:
  • 3+ years in mobile gaming marketing comms or live-ops support.
  • Web3 fluency: understanding airdrops, NFTs, and token economies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, and Firebase.
  • ASO + SEO know-how to refine store listings and landing pages.
  • Cross-team communication skills to translate product jargon.
  • Strong English (written & spoken) is required.
Good to have:
  • Turkish language skills are a plus.

GoArt Worlds is a mobile-first metaverse game that fuses AR exploration, seasonal airdrops, and tokenized progression. As we gear up for our upcoming TGE, we’re seeking a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist who can translate live-ops data into clear, engaging player comms and growth tactics.

What You’ll Do

- Execute UA & launch comms: Support user-acquisition and release campaigns for airdrops, NFT drops, and TGE milestones across paid and owned channels.

- Own live-ops reporting: Use GA4, AppsFlyer, and Firebase to track funnels, flag drop-offs, and propose creative tweaks.

-Sync with product: Work closely with product & design teams to align feature launches, reward mechanics, and economy updates with go-to-market messaging.

- Optimize storefronts: Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) and contribute to SEO for web assets to boost organic growth.

- Craft clear player messaging: Turn complex Web3 concepts—airdrop rules, GoGold economy, dynamic reward pools—into digestible, on-brand copy for in-game panels, patch notes, and socials.

- Tool mastery: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Firebase.
- ASO + SEO know-how to refine store listings and landing pages.
- Cross-team communication skills—you translate product jargon into player-friendly language.
- Strong English (written & spoken); Turkish is a plus.
