Senior Product Owner (#2450)

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team.

Client Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of technical services, delivering both standard and custom intranet and internet-based software and applications systems. Due to increasing demand for in-house digital projects, the client is seeking to outsource certain development tasks to strategic partners.

Project Objectives:

The client is looking to build strategic long-term relationships with leading development partners to accelerate business growth through high-quality and cost-efficient software development. The selected partner(s) will support the development of robust and scalable Consumer and Enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, roadmaps, and growth opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and timely delivery.
• Act as the liaison between business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and product development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iterate and improve product functionality.
• Foster a collaborative and agile development environment, adhering to Scrum methodologies and practices.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in telco domain is a must
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in software development projects. 
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
• Experience with task decomposition and managing product backlogs using tools like Jira or similar.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab.
• Previous experience in Consumer and Enterprise applications development.
• Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies (CSPO, PSPO).
