We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving data, AI, and IT-focused initiatives in a dynamic, data-driven, and regulated environment. As a Data, AI & IT Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and IT tool implementation projects, enabling smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment. You will play a critical role in supporting the product delivery process by integrating tools and intelligence into scalable workflows across the organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional Data, AI & IT projects - from analytics and GenAI initiatives to IT tooling - ensuring impactful, successful delivery.
  • Coordinate across teams to define scope, align objectives, and drive collaboration between Data, Product, Engineering, IT and various other stakeholders.
  • Support AI enablement, leveraging the data lake for model development and GenAI experimentation with clear oversight.
  • Implement tools to boost product delivery, streamlining development workflows and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance and data security, aligning all projects with regulatory, cybersecurity, and relevant industry standards.
  • Drive transparent communication, managing internal and external expectations, timelines, and risk mitigation.
  • Track, report, and refine performance using agile or hybrid methods while building documentation for knowledge sharing.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data, IT or a related field.
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional team coordination and end-to-end delivery
  • 4+ years of experience working on data and IT-related initiatives, such as data analytics, AI/ML projects, or enterprise tool implementations
  • Proven experience managing IT, data, and/or AI-related projects for at least 3 years, preferably in regulated or tech-driven environments.
  • Track record delivering data platforms, BI tools, AI/ML initiatives, or SaaS/tooling implementations.
  • Strong grasp of compliance, data security, and cybersecurity standards relevant to tech organizations.
  • Solid project management skills with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall; proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
  • Collaborative and results-driven mindset with excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and adaptability across technical and business teams.
  • Bonus points for experience in online gambling and certifications like PMP or relevant security/AI credentials. #LI-REMOTE
