Responsibilities:
Act as Scrum Master for leading and managing the agile team(s) to implement the scoped PI objectives.
Be an ambassador of change to drive the Agile mindset.
Coach and mentor the agile team, support team and align expectations before and during events, drive all the PI ceremonies from grooming, planning stage to execution.
Support team to help solve impediments and escalate if necessary.
Work closely with stakeholders including Product Managers, Senior Leadership and Engineering Managers to define the roadmap and vision ahead and maintain a transparent PI backlog dashboard.
Qualifications
Master/Bachelor degree (Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration)
CSM/SAFe Agile certified (preferred)
5+ years of experience in the IT domain
3+ years of experience in Agile Project Management
Experience in Agile tools preferred
Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels and vendors
Strong analysis & business problem solving skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt and absorb knowledge quickly
Excellent communication skills
