What the Role Entails

Are you eager to make your dream game? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior UI Engineer to join our new team. You will work on UI and various systems for a PC/Console game with Unreal Engine 5, participate in game design discussions and play test the game with the team.

What you’ll get to do: 

• Implement UI and relevant game systems in UE5

• Assist game designers to make UI changes

• Help with sound, networking etc. if needed

• Playtest the game and provide feedback

Who We Look For

What we are looking for: 

• Minimum 7+ years of experience

• Designed and implemented at least 1 script/data driven UI system

• Designed and implemented at least 1 of the systems:Animation, physics, combat, pathing, AI, abilities, PCG, networking etc.….

• Enthusiasm in playing games

• Fluency in C++ with at least 5 years of experience

• Shipped at least 1 AAA online games. 

  

Pluses:  

• Experience with Unreal or Unity engine. 

• Experience with first person shooter games.

• Experience with free to play game

• An engineering or science degree

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $110,160.0 to $230,040.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
