Position Overview:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced SEO specialist with 2-3 years of proven expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, the latest trends in digital marketing, and a data-driven approach to improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic. This role goes beyond traditional SEO, requiring a proactive approach to strategy development and a commitment
to meeting and exceeding performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance and achieve business objectives.
● Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact, relevant keywords that align with the company's goals.
● On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to ensure alignment with targeted keywords and SEO best practices.
● Technical SEO: Audit and improve website architecture, mobile responsiveness, page speed, crawlability, indexation, and other technical aspects to enhance search engine
performance.
● Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content, including blogs, landing pages, and other web content.
● Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search engine visibility.
● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse website performance
metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders.
● Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay
ahead of industry trends.
● SEO Tools Management: Utilize SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc., to track performance, analyse data, and execute optimization tasks effectively.
● Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
● Innovation and Growth: Proactively identify and test new SEO techniques and tools.
Drive month-over-month growth through continuous strategy refinement. Consistently meet
and exceed established SLAs and growth targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related elds.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of success in improving organic rankings and driving traffic.
● Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
● Strong understanding of technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
● Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies. ● Strong analytical
skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
● Basic knowledge of JavaScript and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
● Certification in SEO or digital marketing are a plus.
