Job Description

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist is a senior solution sales leader focusing on the nonprofit sector in the UK and Western Europe. Responsibilities include driving Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents sales, building relationships with stakeholders, developing deal strategies, and delivering business value assessments. This role requires leading virtual teams, creating compelling demonstrations, and showcasing Copilot's impact on nonprofit missions. The specialist will also contribute thought leadership through webinars and events, sharing success stories and promoting Copilot's value within the nonprofit industry.

The Tech for Social Impact Team (TSI) is chartered with the mission of bringing the power of technology to every nonprofit and humanitarian organization to accelerate Social Good. This organization will bring together our donation and grants programs, industry solutions, commercial sales efforts, and partner ecosystems to empower non-profits globally to address the world’s most pressing needs. Profits generated from this business will be reapplied to scaling operations and investments for Microsoft’s public good investments. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required OR demonstrable technical pre-sales experience, consultative design and implementation. 
    • Or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable experience selling Microsoft 360 Co-pilot.

 
Additional or Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Sales Experience - Proficient experience of technology-related sales experience. 
  • Modern Work Experience - Proficient experience of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales role. 
  • Industry Experience - Proficient experience in driving successful solution sales within the nonprofit industry.  
  • Strong Foundational AI Knowledge

Responsibilities 

As a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist you will be a senior solution sales leader within our organization working with nonprofit customers primarily located in the UK and Western Europe. You will lead a virtual team of field, partner, marketing, and engineering resources to advance the sales process and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents within the nonprofit industry where you will: 

  • Own and drive Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent opportunities by engaging and building trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders to understand their business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes to land the full value proposition of Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agents and the wider M365 platform. 
     
  • Accelerate Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agent opportunities with creative deal strategies, POCs, demos and storytelling that overcome customer challenges, whilst leveraging core virtual team stakeholders (Field, Partner, Marketing, Engineering, FastTrack, Biz Desks). 
     
  • Capture and prove Microsoft 365 Copilot + Agent business value by delivering Business Value Assessments, ROI Value Calculations and engaging with key stakeholders to measure value during pilots & full deployments. 
     
  • Lead the Make the Market drive for Copilot within the nonprofit industry for key EMEA regions and verticals by helping convert customer satisfaction into public customer success stories. 
     
  • Provide thought leadership on the positive impact Copilot + AI can have on nonprofit mission success including speaking at Microsoft, priority partner and industry relevant webinars & in-person events.
