Sr Contract Operations Specialist (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)
Join a dynamic team that supports our customers by operationalizing contract requirements in various systems to support market to cash processes.
Your role:
Operationalize Enterprise Informatics contracts in Apttus to support quoting and order processes across all EI businesses, while providing training and leadership to Contract Specialists, Analysts, Managers, Sales, and stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
Resolve customer and stakeholder issues through escalation management, investigations, and Lean strategies for continuous improvement, including process development and work instruction modification.
Enhance contract management processes and systems by implementing best practices for efficiency, compliance, and risk management; conduct in-depth reviews and negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.
Collaborate with departments to resolve complex contractual issues, and deliver strategic insights and reports to senior management, while managing relationships with high-profile clients and staying updated with industry trends.
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Sales, Contract Management or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
Your skills include ability to ability to display organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; intermediate proficiency in Excel which includes vlookups and matching of disparate data; experience with Salesforce.com/Apttus/Conga and SAP
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law or equivalent.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $95,760.00 - $153,216.00.
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $85,500.00 - 136,800.00
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
