Job Description

The Strategy and Operations Lead at gTech Ads Solutions will define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, conducting business analysis, and driving critical decision-making. The successful candidate will partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, provide oversight for standalone projects, remove roadblocks, and resolve conflicts. gTech Ads supports customers across Google's Ad products, offering services ranging from self-help tools to complex technical solutions. The team works with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to improve products and client experiences, ensuring optimal ROI for Google's customers. The position is based in Hyderabad or Gurugram, India.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
4+ years experience in consulting, software, or media
Experience structuring and executing strategic analyses
Leading operational and cross-functional initiatives
Senior stakeholder management and executive communication

Good to have:

Master's degree
Management consulting experience
Domain expertise in Operations, Customer Solutions, and Online Media

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in consulting, software, Internet, media industries, or early stage companies.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree.
4 years of experience structuring and executing analyses to support strategy.
Experience leading operational and cross-functional initiatives.
Work experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive communication both internal and external.
Domain expertise in Operations, Customer Solutions and Internet/Online Media.

Responsibilities

Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the leadership.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
Partner with gTech Ads Solutions leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives (including global priorities).
Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
