Job Description

Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for full-cycle recruitment. This on-site position, based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying top talent and managing the entire recruitment process efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, utilizing various sourcing channels, and building strong relationships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Must have:

Full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
