We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Talent Development Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational growth. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation and coordination of training programs, managing the learning management system, collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps, scheduling training sessions, conducting needs assessments, preparing reports on training metrics, supporting the onboarding process, assisting in career development plans, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to the creation of training materials.
Must Have:- Assist in the creation and coordination of training programs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and training records.
- Collaborate to identify skill gaps and develop training solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback.
- Prepare reports on training metrics and program outcomes.
