We are looking for a talented Unity Developer to join our RPG Department, which develops and supports RAID: Shadow Legends, a mobile MMORPG that combines battle collection mechanics, dark fantasy, and cutting-edge graphics. As our flagship title, it is enjoyed by more than 100 million players worldwide. The game was featured in numerous countries by Google and Apple. It is available on , , and .
RAID’s client-side is maintained by more than 30 programmers who work in teams under the guidance of team leads. Our Unity Developers craft the game’s combat visualization engine using ECS, improve the combat system and AI, create new metagame features, and integrate third-party libraries through exclusive partnerships.
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Warsaw office or remotely from Poland.
Creating metagame features including UI development and logic implementation using MVVM
Improving the game’s code base and documentation
Creating tools for developers, technical artists, and testers
Optimizing the game for mobile platforms
Improving automation tools for launcher development and testing
Optimizing the game’s performance
Integrating external libraries and carrying out platform-specific tasks
At least 3 years of work experience in game development
Excellent knowledge of Unity, including UnityUI, AssetBundles, and UnityEditor
Deep knowledge of C# and .NET, including data structures, LINQ, and GC
Understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented analysis and design
Experience working with Git
Ability to optimize performance using such tools as Unity’s Memory Profiler and Profile Analyzer
Fluent Ukrainian for communication with the team and documentation management
English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher
Basic knowledge of the architecture of mobile operating systems
Experience developing multithreaded applications
Experience creating native plugins using Java, Objective-C, and Swift
Experience writing tests using NUnit, NSubstitute, SpecFlow, and Unity Test Runner
Experience developing tools for UnityEditor
Experience working with Xcode and Android Studio
Experience developing games using ECS architecture (Entitas)
