As a Growth Lead for a fast-paced e-grocery and quick commerce platform, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention. Within the first six months, you will identify growth opportunities in performance marketing, CRM, referrals, and in-app promotions, collaborating closely with product, analytics, and category teams. This role requires a strong focus on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. You will address the challenge of efficiently scaling demand in a competitive market and will be crucial in building a sustainable growth engine.
Must have:
  • 4+ years in strategy/growth at tech/e-commerce/consulting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership skills for stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to execute quickly and iterate
Good to have:
  • Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools

About The Role

As Growth Lead, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention for our fast-paced e-grocery and quick commerce platform. In your first six months, you'll be expected to identify growth levers across performance marketing, CRM, referral, and in-app promotions—while working closely with product, analytics, and category teams. The role demands a strong bias for experimentation, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution. You’ll face the challenge of scaling demand efficiently in a price-sensitive, competitive market, and will be instrumental in shaping our growth engine for long-term sustainability.

What You Will Do
  • Own the Growth Strategy and Promotion budget
  • Take charge of monthly budgeting and weekly execution with emphasis on growth while maintaining profitability
  • Lead initiatives, strategies, and implementation, with primary focus on customer lifecycle funnels such as organic acquisition, retention and resurrection.
  • Discover business problems and growth opportunities in the business and customer metrics by exploring business data, transaction data, customer activity within apps, and actual customer insights
  • Experiment on single or a combination of multiple initiatives (e.g. vouchers/promotion, product or pricing changes) and validate solutions through statistical analysis
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations teams in the development and implementation of initiatives and strategies
  • Prepare routine reports and present findings as basis of rationale and recommendations for strategic decision making


What You Will Need
  • At least 4 years of experience in strategy or growth role at a tech company, e-commerce, or management consulting background
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Understanding of SQL and other statistical tools is preferred
  • Strong business acumen, an end-to-end the problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in increments and exponents and balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Leadership skills to manage direct and indirect stakeholders with various backgrounds
  • Strong communication and project management skills with experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to move and execute quickly in a time efficient manner to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
