Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Munich based in Germany belongs to the Holding Headquarter Group. We are looking for a VIE Quality Team Champion for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You will coordinate weekly and monthly reporting

• You will assist the group customer quality director in the realisation of objectives, especially customer response performance

• You will provide data analysis and reports for the group customer quality director

• You will coordinate and support transversal tasks (reporting standardisation, new procedure creation, training plans, customer knowledge) 

• You will improve efficiency of activity by analysing lean reporting methods

• You will participate in reviews with customer quality network

• You will be the contact point for the customer quality network in regards to group requests, communications, surveys

• You will be the interface between Valeo quality head office (Paris) and customer quality network for web based activities

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a master degree in Engineering 

• You already have experience in quality

• You have a fluent level of English

• You ideally have programming skills (Python, VBA, Google script)

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
