Job Responsibilities:
Assist backstage artists to prioritize and achieve planned tasks or projects by organizing, attaining and consolidating documentations, work schedules and technical specs.
To support and conform the Disney show standards through implementing a balance between academic ideologies and technical expertise into our daily operations.
Contribute to planning and executing maintenance activities and rehab projects, timely monitor labor and budget resources to ensure operational goals are met.
Provide pulse checks on the team’s tools & equipment, conserving the overall well-being of the operational condition.
Develop basic knowledge on the preventative cycle maintenance of attractions, which will be accomplished and complied with job plans.
Assist on monitoring paint inventory, housekeeping and safety practices in workshops, dangerous good storage, participate in workshops enhancement project, or to facilitate the teams’ operation requirements.
Develop a fundamental understanding of VOC regulations and environmental awareness, continuously support the teams in sourcing low emission or low impact products and coatings, creating a happy, healthy and safe work environment for the team.
Requirement:
Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in Applied Art, Scenic Art, Visual Art, Fine Art or related disciplines..
Energetic, Analytical, strong team-players, agile and passionate about Disney and able to work in fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge and skillset in painting, and/or props making, 3D modelling, artwork production, crafting, sculpting etc.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
Flexible work schedule and overnight shift may be required.
