Job Description

As an Account Manager Customer Service, you will develop, maintain, and improve relationships with your assigned accounts to maximize and boost Service business with contract solutions that add value to our customers. This role involves maximizing customer service order intake, sales, and price realization, ensuring continuity of relationships with all stakeholders in the accounts' organization, preparing and executing annual account plans and sales forecasts, maintaining CRM tools for market opportunity visibility, and contributing to local marketing strategies. It also requires systematically analyzing won & loss deals, customer satisfaction, market, competition, and trends. This role requires excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, a clean driving license, and willingness to visit customers in the field. The candidate should have a solid knowledge of the Healthcare industry and service segment, and experience working with large matrix teams. Understanding of local market environments, public tenders, private customers, and local challenges and regulations is also important.

Job Description

As an Account Manager Customer Service you will develop, maintain, and improve relations with your assigned accounts in order to maximize and boost Service business with contract solutions that will add value to our customers

Your role:

  • Maximizing Customer Service order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts.
  • Ensuring continuity of the relationship with all the stakeholders in the accounts’ organization , also facilitates the executive level interfaces between company and the accounts
  • Preparing and executing the annual account plan and sales forecast in line with the regional strategy
  • Continuously maintain the CRM tool to ensure a good visibility of market opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
  • Systematically analyzing won & loss deals, expectations, customer satisfaction (NPS), market, competition and trends
