Job Description

As a Demand Generation Lead, you will lead a team focused on customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns. This includes creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns, developing the customer lifecycle journey, and collaborating with the sales organization. You'll use data and insights to optimize campaign performance. The Growth Marketing team focuses on acquiring, retaining, and building a world-class brand for both event creators and attendees. The team works closely with other marketing teams and directly partners with product, development, and data teams. The team is specialists within their areas of expertise, working together to connect with and support our customers.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or Inbound Marketing
  • University BA/BS degree
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing Ops
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • A data-driven and experimental mindset with ROI focus
Good to have:
  • Experience working in cross-functional growth teams
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce

THE TEAM

You’ll be joining the Growth Marketing team, a centralized, multi-disciplinary group focused on acquiring, retaining, and building a world-class brand and product that resonates with both event creators and event attendees. The team is part of the marketing organization and we work very closely with other marketing teams and directly partner with product, dev, and data teams. We are specialists within our areas of expertise and work together to connect with and support our customers. 

THE ROLE

As a - Demand Generation Lead -  you will 

Lead Demand Generation team to own customer acquisition efforts by designing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive leads and revenue
Create and optimise email marketing campaigns to nurture prospects and re-engage existing customers
Develop and refine the lifecycle journey, ensuring prospects move seamlessly through the funnel and into sales conversations
Collaborate closely with the sales org to ensure a strong alignment between demand generation efforts and lead quality/quantity expectations
Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, from segmentation and targeting to creative and messaging

THE SKILLSET

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation or Inbound Marketing, ideally in a B2B or sales-led organization
  • University BA/BS degree
  • Proven expertise in email marketing and lifecycle campaigns, with a strong understanding of nurturing and engagement strategies
  • Experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including paid media, organic channels, and partnerships
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing Ops and other teams to align goals and efforts
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • A data-driven and experimental mindset with a track record of using analytics to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI

  • Experience working in cross-functional growth teams
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a plus
