Job Description

As an Account Manager for Google Shopping Solutions in Czech and Slovak, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated client portfolio and advising them on their Shopping campaign strategy. You will work with merchants across the selected market to develop and maintain their Shopping Ads and Merchant Center product suite. You will also be responsible for delivering against key operational KPIs, applying customer-facing best practices to engage with merchants and agencies, and helping selected merchants grow their Return on Investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role
  • Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak fluently
  • Experience delivering against operational and output goals
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of the Central Europe online advertising and retail markets
  • Ability to utilize and partner effectively with supporting teams
  • Ability to synthesize and surface business insights
  • Ability to comprehend and align needs from different stakeholders

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Ability to communicate in Czech or Slovak fluently in order to communicate with customers in The Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience delivering against operational and output goals, in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment with scarce resources.
  • Knowledge of the Central Europe online advertising and retail markets.
  • Ability to utilize and partner effectively with supporting teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide outstanding customer experience.
  • Ability to synthesize and surface business insights to inform and develop business strategy, as well as to comprehend and align needs from different stakeholders with an influential approach.

  • Help selected merchants grow their Return on Investment (ROI) and investment in Shopping Ads through product expertise and optimization recommendations.
