About the Role 

WildBrain is offering an opportunity for an Admin Co-ordinator to be part of a truly dynamic, diverse and fast paced team. Reporting to the EA & Facilities Manager you will be responsible for supporting 4 members of our Senior Leadership Team who are located across Europe and APAC.

Job Description

  • Admin support for 4 business leaders in 3 time zones / 4 countries (UK, Netherlands, Spain and Hong Kong)
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling - booking meetings, providing availabilities, rescheduling as needed.
  • Using your skills in attention to detail and your understanding of different leaders diary boundaries to proactively manage availability (i.e. noticing clashes and ensuring they are dealt with well in advance).
  • Managing and processing credit card expenses for the leadership team.
  • Co-ordinating group travel for trade shows/conferences etc.
  • Supporting the office management team on ad hoc tasks.
  • All of which will require:
    • Attention to detail
    • Organisational skills and a structured approach
    • A proactive approach 
    • Strong communication skills 

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail orientated, pro-active with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail
