🚀 The Job Mission
You’ll be part of Assystem's Sales team, focusing on driving business growth within the Energy, Transport & Infrastructure sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll forge new client relationships and convert opportunities into successful contracts.

  • ⚡️ Expand service lines across National Grid, Network Rail, and Tier 1 contractors.
  • ⚡️ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • ⚡️ Lead market analysis and develop account plans for existing and potential clients.
  • ⚡️ Represent Assystem at key industry events and showcase leadership in the marketplace.
  • ⚡️ Drive bid processes and create winning strategies for project tenders.
  • ⚡️ Collaborate with operations to align business growth strategies with Assystem’s capabilities.
  • ⚡️ Support in generating market intelligence reports and CRM updates.
  • ⚡️ Lead bids and proposals when necessary, ensuring successful business growth.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications
🛠 Strong business development or sales experience within Energy, Transport, or Infrastructure.
🛠 Proven ability to lead bids and develop strategic client relationships.
🛠 Experience managing accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
🛠 Market analysis skills and the ability to develop and execute account plans.
🛠 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Skills and Qualifications
✔️ Prior experience with National Grid, Network Rail, or similar industry clients.
✔️ Experience in project management or consulting services.
✔️ Knowledge of the energy transition and infrastructure development sectors.
✔️ Strong network within relevant industry sectors.
✔️ Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
