Support and maintenance of customers' Adobe Campaign Classic platform. Responsible for handling tickets in the Production environment, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues, and providing permanent fixes. Monitor workflows, take corrective actions, and coordinate system-related activities between users and multiple technical teams. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Adobe Campaign application servers and coordination with DBAs, with an understanding of Adobe's integration with other applications. Requires experience in various Adobe Campaign modules like Message Centre, Content Manager, and FDA.
