Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Responsibilities include providing L2 Network Support and troubleshooting, adhering to defined processes like ISO 20000, ISO27001, and BS25999. The role requires flexibility for shifts, a good understanding of the organization's network architecture, and the ability to deliver results within timelines. You will also be responsible for front-ending internal, external, and client audits and working towards closing findings.
