What You’ll Do

The Associate Manager, Foundry Business Analytics role will drive weekly reports and monthly Revenue Management Activities to meet/exceed Revenue KPI’s. will drive mid-long term Forecast report with project management via Sales Force system. They will manage new Efficiency Item Processes and continue to enhance as necessary. They will Assist in client Meeting Preparations, Slide building, Content assembly and assist in Staff Meeting and Judged Forecast Meeting Preparation and meeting management. They will assist Sales Force and Tableau system development.

Location: Onsite at our San Jose headquarters 5 days a week.

  • Assist in Sales Force/Tableau system evolution
  • Manage weekly/Monthly/Yearly Revenue Management Process by maintaining Revenue Management Tracker and coordinating risk management activities with DSA(US Branch) and DSK Sales (Korea HQ)
  • Manage 2YR customer rolling forecast by collecting input holding monthly meetings.
  • Manage Mid-Long term Forecast by maintaining Sales Force system
  • Support Sales VP and SVP on periodic meeting preparations:
    • Assist in weekly Business Dashboard with Revenue Forecast and Risk Analysis Report data collection.
    • Assist in preparations of Dashboard for regular president meeting update
    • Assist in weekly staff meeting
  • Monitor and enforce Monthly PO placement/WIP progress.
  • Support Pricing sensing report by collecting competitive pricing and ensuring all price quotations are logged into Sales Force.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors of Arts or Science Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Bilingual (English and Korean a preferred)
  • Relevant Semiconductor experience (Foundry a PLUS!)
  • At least 3 years’ experience B2B sales operations, account management, or client services experience preferred (forecasting, planning, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency with office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Experience in SAP/N-ERP for Sales Operations a plus.
  • Sales Force Experience Preferred

Base Pay Range

$111,200 - $166,800 USD
