Job Description

The EMEA Sales Operations team seeks a Data Analyst to manage the reporting framework, analyze data, create visualizations, and enhance operational processes. This hands-on role involves building insightful dashboards and reports for better decision-making, managing the order lifecycle, and identifying process optimization opportunities. Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams is crucial. The ideal candidate will proactively suggest solutions to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency. Responsibilities include dashboard creation and maintenance, data analysis to identify trends and optimize processes, order lifecycle management (contract verification, timeline management, delivery coordination), process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and system familiarization.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
1-2 years data analysis/reporting experience
Dashboard design using Tableau/Power BI
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & collaboration
Self-starter attitude

What to Expect

The EMEA Sales Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to take ownership of the existing reporting framework, analyze data, and develop new visualizations to support and enhance operational processes. You will play a critical hands-on role in creating insightful dashboards and reports that enable better decision-making, while also managing key aspects of the order lifecycle and identifying opportunities for process optimization.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Finance, gaining exposure to diverse business areas in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll also be encouraged to bring forward creative solutions and ideas to streamline workflows and improve the overall efficiency of operations.

What You’ll Do

· Dashboard Creation and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders following global reporting guidelines.

· Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and optimize operational processes.

· Order Lifecycle Management: Assist with order processing, including verifying contracts, managing timelines, and coordinating delivery.

· Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and contribute to implementing process improvements in collaboration with the team.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and support operational goals.

· System Familiarization: Learn company systems and tools to manage data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent academic experience.

· 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).

· Proven ability to design and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.

· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

· A self-starter attitude, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
