Associate Sourcing Specialist

DESCRIPTION:
The Associate Sourcing Specialist is responsible for assisting sourcing team, in operational and organizational 
functions to develop and source merchandise for Sourcing organization. The Associate Sourcing Specialist will assist 
data input for internal cross-functional partners on various aspects of development and costing. The Associate
Sourcing Specialist will report to Senior Manager, Sourcing. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provides administrative related function to Sourcing team members based in Hong Kong office. 
• Supports team in administrative and completing basic processes in a productive manner (for example,
assists sending samples, etc.)
• Assists data entry and timely support of process 
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• Follow up monthly capacity report with suppliers, 
• Support any adhoc administrative tasks
CORE SKILLS:
 Strong experience in handling administrative related work. 
 Demonstrated ability to manage call inquiries.
 Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. 
 Proficiency verbal communication skills. Fair written skill would be an advantage.
 Computer skills preferred. (i.e., Excel, word.)
 Ability to work on multiple projects within specified time frames.
 Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
 Fresh Graduate / 1 – 3 years of working experience.
 Office Administrative skill
 Merchandise skill/knowledge would be ideal. 
 Proficiency in English (spoken). Written would be a plus
 Ability to communicate in other languages would be a plus
