Binance is the leading global blockchain ecosystem, known for its cryptocurrency exchange. The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers an immersive experience in the Web3 space for early-career talent. Participants will gain insights into the operations of the leading blockchain ecosystem, network with professionals, and build transferable skills. The program is designed for current university students and recent graduates who can commit five days a week for six months. This role involves participating in product development and maintenance, documenting business modules, and troubleshooting technical issues. Must have:
- Computer-related major, Bachelor Degree or above
- Solid Java foundation and understanding of basic frameworks (multithreading, networking)
- Familiar with Spring micro-service framework
- Familiar with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database
- Familiar with common middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Ability to commit 5 days/week for 6 months

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem.
Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

Who may apply
Current University students and recent Graduates. Able to commit 5 days per week for 6 months duration.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the company's basic products.
- Responsible for the compilation and implementation of the interface documentation of the business module.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to solve problems.
