Job Summary

Job Description

This is a full-time position for a Black Desert PC Korean Operations Manager at Pearl Abyss's headquarters in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Responsibilities include live operation risk management, addressing in-game issues, monitoring game trends, creating user announcements, responding to live issues and outages, planning and executing live events, and collaborating with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of relevant experience, a deep understanding of PC MMORPGs and Black Desert, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning. Experience as a live operations team leader or higher is preferred. Fluency in Korean is implied, but additional language skills are a plus. The position involves handling various aspects of live game operations, ensuring a positive player experience, and contributing to the ongoing success of Black Desert.

Must have:

3+ years experience in game operations
Deep understanding of PC MMORPGs and Black Desert
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
