• Bosch Building Technologies is divided into the international product business and the regional system integration business. Currently, the three product areas of video systems, access control & intrusion detection systems and communication systems as well as the associated cross-sectional functions within the business area are to be set up as an independent unit and then further developed by a new owner as a sustainable core business.

Responsible for developing Local for Local (LfL) product portfolio and Road map - Conference & Discussion Systems

•  Carrying out the Competitive benchmarking, Voice of Customer for Conference & Discussion Systems 
•  Deriving the product specifications/requirements
•  Submitting the Business proposals to both Business Unit & Local management in form of Project kick-off
•  Co-ordinating with Engineering team and to facilitate them with the product requirements, applications & certifications aspects.
•  Identify the product gaps and develop the road map for new products
• To ensure the timely launch of new products
• Interact & implement Product Quality measures with the help of quality team.
• Collaborate with the Purchase to ensure the competitive sourcing of products/components. 

• B.E in Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics
• 10+ Years Work Experience in Product Management, Quality & Product development. 
• Sound knowledge in Professional Audio Domain - Specifically in Conference & Discussion Systems.

Key Activities:

• Regular - Project Kick Off, product road map, Design review meetings
• Periodic - Labels approvals, Packaging approvals, Project kick-off , CTN creation, QG meetings
• Occasional - EOL announcements
